Definitions

Base Files – Files uploaded which are not upgraded by Content Catalog.

Category – The Revit Category or File Type for non-Revit Content.

Created – The date and time the content was first uploaded.

Created By – The account name of the person who first uploaded the file or the approver who approved the upload.

Downloads – The number of times the content has been downloaded but does not include inserts.

Favorites – Content that has been marked by a user as favorite and is unique to their account login.

Filename – The name of the content as it is stored in Content Catalog with file extension.

File Type – The Type of file and related application where applicable.

Fill Pattern Type – The Revit fill pattern type (Drafting or Model).

ID – The unique ID assigned to the content by Content Catalog in the repository.

Image – The associated image file to be shown in the search results.

Inserts - The number of times the content has been inserted into an integrated software with Content Catalog.

Collection – The Collection or Collections the content is associated with.

Material Class - The classification of the material for Revit materials.

Measurement System – The measurement system assigned to the content for Revit families.

Models - The name of the Revit model or models the content has been inserted into based on Content Catalog Project Analytics reporting.

Name – The simple name created by Content Catalog for readability and searching.

Notes – The notes added by users on upload or by admin edit in the file history for each file revision uploaded to Content Catalog.

Parameter Names – The name of parameters for Revit content.

Parameter Values – The associated values for the parameter name for Revit content.

Projects – The name of the project in Project Analytics where the content has been inserted into one or more of the projects models that are associated with Content Catalog Project Analytics.

Rating – A user assigned star rating per content item, that is visible to all who have access to the content item. The latest rating is shown.

Revit Years – The Revit year versions made available in Content Catalog for the specific content item.

Score - The Content Catalog search scoring system overall score for the item found in the search results.

Size - The file size of the content item.

Tags: All associated tags for a specific content item. These tags can be user applied or auto tagged by folder association on upload when dragging folders of content to upload.

Type Names – The type names for Revit content.

Updated – The date and time the content was last uploaded.

Updated By - The account name of the person who last uploaded the file or the approver who approved the last upload.

Version – The incremental number that identifies the revision or upload count for the specific content item.
